Not only is Parc 28 Weston’s oldest Chinese restaurant, it’s the community’s favorite. The continual Best of Weston winner has been serving authentic Chinese food for nearly 30 years. Over time, as the community became more culturally diverse, so did Parc 28. It is now the go-to place for Pan-Asian cuisine, serving exotic Malaysian delicacies such as chicken satay and Kari squid, along with some tasty Thai and Indian specialties.
Parc 28 is sure to please any palate with a menu featuring everything from classic Chinese wonton soup to Kung Po Chicken and Imperial Shrimp. Parc 28’s popular Special Combo meals offers 20 selections for dinner, complete with choice of soup, pork fried rice or white rice, and an eggroll. The lunch menu offers almost 30 selections served with choice of soup and rice.
All food is cooked to order at Parc 28. Patrons can request mild, moderate or spicy. For those on special diets, all entrees can be prepared with low fat and low sodium options. Brown rice is also available. There are plenty of vegetarian options as well.
