Pizza Lovers Bistro
Salvatore Granata, also known as “Toti,” was born in Catania, the second-largest city in Sicily renowned for its Mediterranean culinary tradition. His passion for cooking originated from the city’s rich gastronomic heritage. He furthered his skills by studying at the Scuola Italian Pizzaioli in Venice, where he worked alongside Chef Graziano Bertuzzo, the World Pizza Champion.
After establishing businesses and restaurants in Spain, Italy, and Latin America, Toti, with his wife Paola and daughters Nicole and Martina, arrived in the United States in 2016. They launched Pizza Lovers Bistro with a clear objective: to serve authentic Italian cuisine using high-quality ingredients at an affordable price. The restaurant prepares its food fresh daily, utilizing techniques passed down through generations.
What sets Pizza Lovers Bistro apart is the attention given to preparing each pizza. For instance, the pizza dough is kneaded and allowed to rise for 48 hours, resulting in a lighter, more digestible pizza with an irresistible aroma.
