Camp Chameleon
For over a decade, Camp Chameleon has been a cherished summer retreat for children aged 5 to 15, nestled within the scenic confines of Markham Park. The camp is celebrated for its dedication to outdoor adventures and fostering a love for nature, offering activities such as hiking and fishing that allow campers to explore and appreciate their natural surroundings.
At Camp Chameleon, the emphasis on physical activity is evident through a variety of non-competitive sports and timeless playground games like kickball, boxball, four square, and Capture the Flag. To keep cool during the warm summer days, the camp incorporates daily water activities, including water balloon tosses and slip n slide fun.
Beyond the physical activities, Camp Chameleon enriches its campers’ experiences with a weekly rotation of on-site adventures. These include music, arts & crafts, and painting, ensuring that every camper can find something that sparks their interest. Additionally, the camp enhances its offerings with daily field trips to various exciting destinations, making each day at Camp Chameleon a new adventure and a source of lasting summer memories.
